Nothing feels quite as helpless as not knowing how to help when our kids are going through something.  A little anxiety is normal, but can become a problem when it becomes habitual or overwhelming.  This can then have a direct effect on concentration, confidence  and many other life areas.

We want kids to enjoy being kids and developing mental and emotional fitness and resilience creates a framework for this. As a parent, you are the most direct influence your kids,  and they learn just as much (if not more!) unconsciously as they do from listening. This course will provide you with the conscious skills to positively navigate anxiety and worries while creating healthy mental and emotional growth
