I’ve been working as a therapist and coach for over 18 years – but my real training began when I went through severe anxiety myself.

Back then, I was tense, sleepless, constantly worrying about my family and the future. The GP offered medication and time off work, but I wanted to heal, not just cope. That search led me to explore the deeper connection between the mind, body and nervous system.

Since then, I’ve trained extensively in multiple modalities, including hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, somatic coaching, and mentoring – and I’m currently completing a CMI Level 7 qualification (Masters equivalent) in Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching and Leadership.

There is no one-size-fits-all therapy. I draw from a range of approaches, combining what’s practical, scientific and deeply human.
