Personal Sessions
Sessions provided at your home (or online). All sessions are tailored to your specific needs, and last around 60-90 minutes . I combine many modalities with hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and over 15 years of experience with a wealth of further training.
£100 per personal session (Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy) Sessions are rarely booked singularly and packages are recommended, please discuss with Liz.
(Sessions are half price for Circle members)

£80 per coaching session, can be booked individually.

Online Courses
Courses are delivered for you to go through at your own pace, at a time that suits you. I am available for online support as you work through the course content and all materials and resources are yours to keep. Currently only available in my membership, or with personal sessions, you will have access via a personal portal in my dedicated website area and the option to join our facebook group.
